Have you ever tried making ice cream with eggs?  It’s tricky!  This recipe is a sure thing every time.  It’s easy to put together with only three ingredients and tastes great.  For fun, top with sliced berries and chopped nuts and enjoy!

(Serves 4, Gaps Safe)

3 cups yogurt, preferably homemade from raw milk

3/4 cup raw honey

1 Tbs vanilla extract

In a blender, combine the yogurt, honey and vanilla and puree until smooth.  Pour into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s directions for freezing.  Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
